The 20k Yomp is a race with a mass start, however walkers are welcome to join. With 730m height gain, taking in High Pike, Tailbridge and Nine Standards, it is a fell race like no other.

About the event
The JT Atkinson 20k is entering its fourth year as part of the YOMP Mountain Challenge.
The route is proving a firm favourite among participants and this year starts and finishes at The Engine Shed Basecamp.
The event incorporates 730m of ascent and showcases the stunning views of the Eden Valley from High Pike, Tailbrigg and The Nine Standards.

Entrants can run, walk or a bit of both for this event - the route is fully waymarked with checkpoints to ensure your safety.
On finishing the race all participants and supporters are invited to the after party.
